Premium In-Home Services
Built for Aging in Place.
Licensed contractor work, founder-led delivery, and the trusted local presence families need. Serving greater Phoenix and the West Valley from our home base in Ahwatukee — with statewide service available case-by-case.
WHO WE SERVE
Three Audiences. One Trusted Partner.
Seniors Aging in Place
Older adults across greater Phoenix who want to stay in their homes safely and comfortably, with a trusted local provider handling the work that keeps the home livable.
Families Coordinating Care
Adult children helping aging parents stay safely in their homes. Local and out-of-state. We become the reliable local presence families rely on between their own visits.
Veterans and Their Families
Veterans aging in place, supported by a veteran-founded company with deep familiarity with VA benefits and veteran care coordination.
WHAT WE DO
Five Services. One Defined Scope.
Non-clinical home services that support seniors aging in place, delivered under our Arizona ROC contractor license.

Home Maintenance and Safety Inspections
Scheduled visits to identify and address environmental risks before they cause injury or hospitalization. Routine maintenance, fall-hazard review, and minor repairs.
Accessibility Modifications
Grab bars, ramps, walk-in showers, door widening, threshold reduction. Delivered under our AZ ROC license.
WE ACCEPT AHCCCS
Tub-to-Shower Conversions
Premium tile shower conversions for safer, more accessible bathrooms. Three tiers from standard conversion to full aging-in-place remodel. Founder assesses every project personally.

Environmental Observations
Trained observation during routine visits to identify changes in the home that may signal emerging risk. Documented and shared with consent.

Consent-Based Reporting
With member or family consent, we share environmental observations and visit documentation with the member’s care team — wellness coordinators, social workers, hospice partners, or family.
We do not diagnose, provide therapy, or replace social workers and case management. Our work supports the professionals already coordinating member care.

Written Scope & Quote
Transparent pricing. No surprise change orders. You know what the work costs before it begins
3
The Work
Founder-on-site for senior modification projects. Quality materials, quality finishes, licensed contractor delivery.
4
Documented Reporting
With consent, we share visit notes and environmental observations with the member’s care team in the format they prefer.
5
Ongoing Relationship
Many members move from project work into a recurring care subscription, where we become the trusted local presence in the home.
For senior services engagements, every initial visit is conducted by Alexander Mock personally. Not a junior technician. Not a sales representative. The founder. He walks the home, talks with the member, and writes the scope before any work is scheduled.
When the work requires more than one person, our two-person licensed crew handles it — the same hands that have completed hundreds of projects across the Phoenix metro.

PRICING
Transparent. Premium. Honest.
LivWELL is premium positioned. Our pricing reflects what it costs to deliver licensed contractor work with quality materials and founder-on-site care. We are not the cheapest provider in the market, and we do not pretend to be.
We accept AHCCCS.
For eligible members, accessibility modifications may be covered in whole or in part through AHCCCS. We coordinate directly with the member’s plan to verify coverage and authorization before work begins. Eligibility, scope, and reimbursement vary; contact us to discuss a specific situation.
Alexander Mock, Founder
Combat Army Infantry Veteran · Former Hospice Veteran Advocacy Director · Licensed Arizona Contractor
LivWELL was built from firsthand experience seeing seniors fall through system gaps. I spent four years as Veteran Advocacy Director at Valiant Hospice & Palliative Care, working alongside hospice nurses, social workers, and families across the Valley. I saw what was needed in the home — and what was missing.
My construction background runs deeper than my hospice work. I came up under traditional carpenters, working on residential and commercial remodels from framing through finish work. When I founded LivWELL Home Services, the goal was to combine both backgrounds: the discipline of licensed contractor work with the sensitivity of senior care.
For senior services engagements, I do the initial visit personally. Every time. I assess the home, talk with the member, and decide whether the work is something I handle alone or something I bring in our crew for. The member meets the founder first.
Advised by Wanona “Winnie” Fritz, EdD — Arizona healthcare executive, former CEO of St. Mary’s Hospital (Tucson) and Holy Cross Hospital (Nogales), Army Nurse Corps veteran.
